Talk about making great use of a wide open space.  Our brothers love golf, all things hockey, playing pool and hanging out with their buddies.  What better way to maximize income and usage of space but to complete their basement development which added a 2nd master suite, bathroom, bar and common recreation space.   The renovation allows them to rent extra bedrooms for additional income.
